Middle School

The Middle School at LaGrange Academy includes sixth, seventh and eighth grades and is designed to provide a bridge between the elementary grades to the college preparatory academic and extracurricular Upper School program. 

 Middle School students are challenged to build academic skills and critical thinking skills as they grow and develop through the early adolescent years. 

The Middle School curriculum is a comprehensive program which includes classes in language arts, mathematics, social studies and science.  Students also take daily Spanish classes, along with having enrichment classes with instruction in art, music, drama and STEAM.  Students are encouraged to individually excel and may accelerate in certain classes, especially mathematics.   Leadership and extracurricular activities are available to all students so that each student has the opportunity to explore and experience various activities, including fine arts, music, drama and athletics.
